Use of Services

All course materials, assessments, and certificates remain the property of learnvault. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

Fees

Course fees and any other charges will be clearly stated before you complete registration.

Payment

Refund Policy

learnvault offers different treatment for services, digital materials, and physical goods as follows.

Services

For live sessions or scheduled assessments, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase provided the session has not commenced. To request a refund, contact support within the period above. Amounts will be reimbursed to the original payment source within 14 days. If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a future session, contact support at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; availability is subject to capacity. No refunds or transfers are granted after a session has started, due to the immediate availability of content and administrative setup.

Digital Products

For on-demand courses and downloadable materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the content. To request, reach out via our Contact Form. Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment source within 14 days. After the 7-day window, purchases are final to protect content integrity.

Physical Goods

For merchandise or printed materials, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate, contact our team and provide a photo of the item and proof of purchase. We cover standard shipping for replacements. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method in up to 21 days. You may opt for a coupon valid for use on learnvault catalog instead of a refund.

Limitation of Liability

learnvault provides content on an as-is basis. We make no extra promises beyond those stated here. In no case is learnvault liable for indirect harm.
